Andrew was one of the first, if not the first, to understand that “restructuring” did not mean “how can I get landlords to reduce rent?”. He knows that for a retailer to be successful in the long term, they need to realize rent is not the only expense and that they need approach any problems with more than a view of the next six months.  He appreciates the integrity of any contract and always seems to find ways to help both tenant and landlord to find ways out of difficult situations with a view towards the long term success of his client (and, as a consequence, the landlord). I wish more would take this approach to our business.
